Bob,

Keep in mind the 'elevator talk' and 'seven words'
rules of presentation.  Keep it VERY zen, yet easy for
the non-geek to understand.  You'll only have five to
seven seconds to hook them and get them to accept a
pamphlet.

It will be the rare grantee (the person you're
interfacing with) who will give you more time than
that.
