Thanks, I guess I could have looked this up myself. Basically (for those
of you playing the home game) the argument is that Dmitry is guilty of
encouraging the customers of the Advanced eBook Processor to break
copyright law.

This would be longer, but I decided not to include my "Apparently there
is no fair use when it comes to digital media" rant.
