Actually, it should say :"Dont sell this leaflet!"
Giving it away only subjects the violator(s) to the
civil / federal civil penalties (DeCSS cases as
currently brought before the bar)
Selling it (even for USD$0.01 or a dime...sould put
them in Dmitry's shoes...they would be Federal
felons...BOTH parties, under the commerce clauses of
the law (currently only Dmitry is before the bar on
this)...
