Ladies and Gentlemen,

I have good news. Many of you may have already heard, but the charges
against Dmitry Sklyarov have been dropped in exchange for his testimony in
the case against ElcomSoft. He has agreed to testify for the prosecution,
although the defense expects that he will probably testify for them as
well. Anyway, Dmitry is going home.
