Hey everybody,

Sorry I didn't get to participate in the Great Email Exchange, but I
actually just woke up (don't ask).

Anyway, I just thought you'd like to know that, whatever their intentions
are, NIPR will get a special message when they visit my website. I have
stuck some PHP in there that does two things. First it emails me (the
message you see below) to let me know that I've had a hit from a NIPR
address. Second, it inserts a nice chatty piece of text right in the
middle of the page. If you'd like to see what they'll see, read
http://www.movealong.org/?nipr_message=yes

If Michael Cannon is right about their mentality down there and they are
in fact looking for Sklyarov/DMCA/protest related stuff, then they're
probably going to disappear for a while when they see that they've been
spotted.
