There=B4s more than one international treaty that went down the drain
because a single country started to just ignore it.
Whom would you sue? And how?
But the Cybercrime Treaty is a big problem here. It basically says
that if you do something which is legal in your country, but illegal
in another member country of the treaty, you can be extradicted
there. Amongst the crimes covered by this treaty are copyright
violations.
