Washington DC, specifically, is holding a protest on the 1 month date.  I
don't know if there are others and I don't know if they are also planning
one for the 13th.

13th is actually exactly 4 weeks (arrested on a Monday, 1st protest after
1 week, 2nd protest after 2 weeks, 3rd week off, 3rd protest after 4
weeks)
