[sklyarov-chicago] Issues for upcoming protests

I think we should at least stick to the "Free Dmitry" and "Repeal the
DMCA" issues that we have raised at the two previous events.  We have the
materials already prepared and people are generally receptive of the
information.  There was some talk about also raising the "Boycott Adobe"
and "Reject Mueller" issues, but no ready-to-hand-out information.  We
have a week and a half until the the third protest and almost four weeks
until the fourth protest.  Also, if we do add issues to our platform, we
should be certain that they are very closely related to the rest of the
platform.
