[sklyarov-chicago] Location for the 13th

We have had two events at 219 S. Dearborn and they have both been quite
successful.  However, I have heard that some protesters are already seeing
the same people over again, and I think we will be able to reach more
people if we move around a litte.  Quite a lot of people in the loop don't
walk past the post office during their regular Monday noontime routine.  
If we do move to another location, I suggest another public plaza such as
Daley Plaza or the Water Tower.
